Glitter Queen Blog Hop Day 2

Welcome back!  I hope you enjoyed seeing all the great ideas yesterday.  You are probably arriving here from Dee's but if you've missed anyone along the way don't worry I'll have everyone's blog address at the bottom of this post.
Dee did a fantastic job yesterday using the Owl Builder Punch and that is one of my favorites also.  Today I have used it to make some candy treats also.  I made one for the kids and one for the adults.
These treats use the great kit from the Holiday catalog the Pumpkin Pie Goodie Gear Simply Created Kit.
For $ 4.95 you get everything to make 10 goodie bags including the Kraft tags, bags, baker's twine (pre-cut), banners and stickers.  Inside the bag is a treat I found at the gas station...white chocolate candy corn flavored M&M s.
Here is the grown up version.  I used the That's the Ticket set for the sentiment.  I used the Oh, Hello stamp set to get the chevron image on the pre cut banner and cut it in half.  The chevron ribbon is shredded a little at the top for some extra texture.
Batman owl is inspired by this card I found on Splitcoast Stampers.  The card does not have instructions so I "winged it"...sorry for that pun.  Behind Batman you can see the stickers that come with this kit.
Batman is very popular at our house right now.  A few weeks ago we asked our son to sign his name to Granny's birthday card.  He wrote the letter "I" then the letter "B".  We asked him what he was doing and his answer "I'm Batman".  If you'd like any extra details please leave a comment.

If you have missed anyone along the way here are the links to the rest of the Glitter Queens.

Dawn is our leader and starts the hop everyday so if you want to swing back to her site just press the word Next under the pumpkins.
Please remember to come back tomorrow to see our last projects.  Mine is for the coffee lover and involves my sewing machine :)
